Default Nice Restaurant in Phoenix- $80-100 for two

Does anyone recommend a nice place to eat for a romantic dinner?
Anywhere in Phoenix, preferably close to North Phoenix though.

All types of foods- italian, ethinic, american, Wine/beer, asian- tell me what ya got! (It's going to be a gift for my in-laws ages around 50yrs).

If NE Phoenix is in your range, my favorite places:

Sapporo's (Thunderbird & Scottsdale) I think they call this Pacific Rim (basically asian/sushi and teppan grill where the table is the grill the chef cooks your meal on)

North (in Kierland Commons) contemporary Italian

Maggianos (FLW and Scottsdale) homestyle Italian.

White Chocolate Grill (Mayo & Scottsdale) American.

Village Tavern (Gainey Ranch & Scottsdale just a few miles south, technically in Scottsdale) American. Good food!

Cinema Supper Club (right behind Sapporo's at Thunderbird & Scottsdale): This is the only one here I have not been to, but it is supposed to be nice. You get a movie with your meal. So if they are showing anything that interests your inlaws, may be a nice evening for them.

If you are going to any of these on the weekend, I would recommend reservations. You should be able to do any of these under $100 for 2 if you dont order the entire menu lol!

Your inlaws are lucky to have you. Hope they enjoy.

It's a little more central, but elements restaurant at Sanctuary is superb, and has an amazing view out the windows. Very romantic, and about $50 a person.
