I have tried both packages. The first one a long time ago that basically told you to avoid the process server. More recently, I tried the 123noticket because it claimed to have letters I could just send to the court. And I didn't want to try and hide from the process server again. I asked a few questions via their support email and they responded pretty quickly. I'm not sure what rplous's experience was. The 123noticket one had multiple steps, the first of which was the same as the other company. Avoid process server. Then they have letters you can send if you get served. Then they have appeal letters if you need them (I didn't.) I don't know what those are for.
It worked for me. I would recommend not buying either package right away though, and trying to avoid the process server yourself, and then if you get served, the letters may work for you. YMMV.

Since this is NOT what 123 promised, I tried to contact them. I found : 1) No phone 2) no address 3) no way of getting in touch with them except by email, which they do no answer.
Does anybody have there address? From my experience so far, I would do no business with them.

Who is Robert Boone?
Okay, this thread has made me laugh so hard that I am not EVEN stressing about this ridiculous "ticket" I received. It did have some great pics, though, of my pretty car supposedly running a red light on the way to the casino. Granted, I couldn't wait to get there to give away MORE of my money, but I wasn't in that much of a hurry. I've replayed the video 100 times and I still do not see how they figure it but....
My real question is this: Who is this mysterious Robert Boone guy who is listed on my City of Tucson Summons as the Complainant? Is Robert Boone on EVERYBODY'S summons??? And how come he is the Complainant but not the Witness? Does that mean Robert Boone complained about me running the red light but he didn't actually see it???? And since the "Witness" is blank, does that mean NOONE saw me run it REALLY - but I pissed Robert Boone off enough so that he complained about me??
And how come Robert Boone has the authority to put his name after: "I hereby certify that I have reasonable grounds to believe, and DO believe, based upon my examination of the digital images.....that the person named herein (that's me!!!!) committed the civil traffic violation listed above". Is he a cop? Is he a certified concerned citizen? How does he get certified for that? What if I want to become a Certified Photo Radar Complainant? Will Robert Boone come to court if I request a hearing?
I want to meet Robert Boone!!!! Can anybody help?
But, seriously, who is this guy??

If i am not mistaken , it say's that the complaint was heard on 12/2/2008 and at that time there had not been a proof of service properly filed so the complaint you got on 10/2/2008 was D Dismissed . which it should have been because there was no service to you on the complaint . you have to understand that these photo company's are private company's licensed by the city's there not cop's they have to follow the rules of law. hope this helps

My boyfriend answered the door when a server was trying to locate me. My boyfriend refused to take the papers and the server left it in the mailbox. Am I served? I cannot see this as proper serving since I am not at the house.

We dont answer or door unless we are expecting someone, however the people in my house dont even know I got the ticket...so i really didnt want to tell them. Will that person show up again tonite?

AFAIK if an adult of legal age answers the door, you can consider it being served whether or not it was you who answered the door.

You've been served.
Don't respond and they will suspend your license. Then if you're driving and stopped for some reason, they will learn that your license is suspended and you will be handcuffed and taken to jail.

If i don't hear anything by next friday ill probably take the plunge and spend the $58 just to see what its all about. If it is indeed a scam, ill file to get my money back or ill open a claim with my credit card company on it, AND get the word out that its scam..
