Just an FYI, you can contact a realtor who specializes in rentals and it does not cost you anything. The commission for the rental is paid by the owner of the house. There are rental services and property management companies as well as doing a search online. Here are a couple of website links that I found through Google:

Thank you for the links, I will add them to my collection of property management links totaling about 15 that I just started yesterday!

We are looking forward to the move, Phoenix will be radically different than the Seattle area we have been living in for 8 years or so....
