The only people that take offence are the people that disagree with my view, and if they do, then that is no worries, but posters should not get personal with me because of that. I also feel that before you start trouble with me, that you go back through all of the posts in the thread to see whom said what, and you will then find that I was not the person that started any negative comments toward any poster, but the person that responded to personal criticism toward me.

You are not being objective because you probably like where you live, but I can tell you right now, nine months was more than long enough to learn all of the facts that I discovered about Phoenix. Crikey, one month was enough actually! I have also met many people that have been in Phoenix for much longer than I was that completely agree with my observations too.

You just sound really young, I may be wrong though but it seems your issues are really about the lack of your Urban lifestyle, which is fine, I lived in a loft in Downtown Portland when I was young so I knew the lifestyle, but Phoenix for the longest time has been mostly for retirees, just in the last few years have more people with families have moved in, and when you have kids, schools and family neighborhoods outside the city are more important than where the local nightlife is. tempe is a hot spot for the young and college kids, lots of night life there, but you seem a tad older than college. Me I am 36 and I have four kids, we like the outdoors and wildlife, we cant sit in a bar or even go to a nice museum with the young kids, doesnt hold thier interest. I take it you had alot of crime issues there, I am sorry if you were victimised.
