Well i appreciate all the great advice and will look into all of these areas. If any other places please feel free to post it i would love to hear from all. Again thanks for all your help.

I live in Laveen, so don't mind all of the haters. There are no apartment complexes in Laveen which is just a few miles south of where you would be working. The commute would be much better for you and it is a fairly safe neighborhood. You can easily find a house to rent for the price you are asking.

My friend just moved to Laveen from Surprise and really loves it. He has four children and says that the house they have is much nicer and the schools are better. I can't say if the schools are better, but I will say that my kids are doing fine there.

If I were you I would at least check out the neighborhood rather than listening to some of the people on here that are making judgements on areas they have never been to.
