When the State was considering Photo Radar, you certainly had every right to contact your representative and give them your input. My question would be to you - Did you contact your Representative and provide input?

And, the photo radar doesn't "flash" you for doing a "few mph" over the speed limit. It is 10 mph or more.

Now, here is the solution for stopping the possibility of getting a ticket by photo radar: DON'T SPEED. If you don't speed, the cameras will not flash you. It is YOU who is causing them to flash.
Absolutely, Greatday.

Why are so many in our society refusing to accept personal responsibility and own the problem nowadays?

The above was taken from a previous post but no luck getting a response there so figured I try here

Is this the website you are talking about?

Script Access Detected

I tried searching for my photo radar ticket but did not show up. I can't remember when I received it must've been sometime in March. Assuming the 120 days have passed, is there any other way to find out if the ticket has been dismissed? I don't want no surprises or realize that I am driving with a suspended license or there is a warrant for my arrest. I haven't been physically served. Is that 120-day period even correct, I been reading otherwise now.

I got the ticket here in PHX and reside here but car is registered to parent's address in Yuma, AZ. They actually sent a server down there to my parent's house to find me. But since I did not live there, they could not legally serve me. All help finding out the status of this photo radar ticket is appreciated!
yes, that's the website i looked up my case on.

I just want to agree with Great Day and others that what we need is less speed and more responsibility on our highways. The laws are there for a reason. No individual is so much more important than any of the rest of us that he or she is above the law, or deserves more consideration than others.

I check the public access website often, and I have never seen any photo radar tickets on there, even though I know for a fact I had one outstanding the last time I checked.

Except Joe Arpaio, apparently.

I think the State might be getting more aggressive about the camera tickets and serving them, if this ad on Craigslist is anything to go by......

We will train and help with licensing. This is the perfect part time or fulltime job. A large contract has put us in a position where we are hiring across the State of Arizona. If you are licensed/certified as a Private Process Server, we will train you and start you immediately. Pay is on a per serve basis. Average $30 per hour on your own time. The more you work the more you get paid. We are hiring immediately. Please send resume by email or See us at xxxxxx.com.

The website in the ad says it's "the premier photo enforcement company in the State of Arizona".

Just thought it was an interesting little tidbit.
