Default Tatum Ranch Community

Hello,

Just wondering what feedback people have about living in the Tatum Ranch area? I hear there's a community center, but can't find anything online (pictures etc.) What facilities are there? pool? exercise equipment?

Also, it sounds like there are lots of goings on in the area such as neighborhood garage sales and holiday decorating contests which sound fun.

In general what are people's thoughts about living there. Is it considered better than Dove Valley?

I see there are also alot of businesses in the area (animal hospital etc.) and wonder if most folks feel like it's kind of a one stop shop? Most everything you need is in the area (dr, haircare, pharmacy, grocery, dentist, quality car care etc?)

I'm pleased to see the housing prices are dropping more and more and some decent ones are now below the $250,000 mark. I predict that housing prices will drop for another 6-12 months. I wonder how many homes (of the many on the market there) will even dip below 200,000.

Thanks.

Hi,

Here is a web site I found.

Tatum Ranch - Tatum Ranch 's Online Newsletter

I hope it helps. It seems to have a lot of good information.

As for the market, prices are continue to go down. Homes below $350K are moving because of FHA financing and investors.

Yes, I have read the online newsletter and agree it is full of good information. Do you know anyone personally who has/does live there?
