I have to book my hairdresser when I am leaving after getting my hair done. He is booked 6-8 wks out. Cut, color, highlights $125.00.
We are spending most of our time at home. I don't scrimp on what goes into our bodies, so good food is #1 in our home. When I bring my produce home I prep it and put it in green bags, so everything is ready when I am cooking during the week. We are an Italian family and are having Manicotti before our turkey for Thanksgiving. I just made up 24 manicotti shells and put them in the freezer to be prepared the day before Thanksgiving. A lot less expensive then buying them already prepared and it took me less than an hour. Have a great Saturday.

I went and saw my hairdresser yesterday, as a matter of fact. I actually hadn't planned on going but I start a new job on Monday wanted a trim. I had the chance to talk to some other stylists and yes, they are hurting! I know it does go in cycles, and one of them said this is generally a slow time anyways. But, alot of the stylist in this salon are working other day jobs and then just doing hair on the busier days....Thur/Fri/Sat. So, I guess I answered my own question. Just so happened that a guy came in that worked at a casino....no slow down there. Not the gambling, nor the alcohol.....it's super busy!

Well you will start seeing bowl-shaped hairdos on women and men. Their friend will just put a bowl over the head and use scissors to clip around. Voila!

The few of us who lived frugally are going to start splurging. We'll buy things on sale from people ditching their big screen TVs as they foreclose. Actually, I love my 19 year old 26 inch Mitsubishi television. I have no desire to buy anything different.

And I won't get a bowl-shaped hairdo.
