Did anyone go to the grand opening for the first phase of CityNorth today? Just wanted to see what your feedback was. I may go check it out this weekend.

I went last night and grabbed just one picture...plus I have a few from before they opened.

It was ok...like a giant block party, they had a couple bands and shows, plus you could buy cotton candy and so forth. All of the restaurants had a 1+ hour wait and parking was a mess getting in, but the place is nice and has a semi-city feel to it. It will be nice when they complete the whole thing and will actually have more streets then just one.

There are both...including rental apartments, for-sale condos, and office spaces. Be ready to shell out $1500 for a 1 bedroom rental and $2300 for a 2 bedroom though.
