Hello everyone over in Phoenix. I was wondering about paralegal jobs in the area. Is anyone a paralegal or know one? What is the pay like and how hard is it to find a job in the legal field? I would not mind working my way up to that position. I could start out as a secretary or something. Any advice would be welcomed and thanks in advance.

My attorney charged 85 bucks an hour for every letter her paralegal wrote and every stamp she licked. I am sure you can negotiate a nice chunk of that.

Where are you moving from and why?

I am living in Ohio right now. We are not sure yet if we are moving but we will know within the next 8 weeks. There are not paralegal or legal jobs for that matter here where I live. I had been learning about Phoenix for the last 3 years and I grew to love it more and more. I just do not want to make a mistake because we have three children. Things are bad everywhere though. A friend came down from Phoenix and he was telling us what he thought. It sounds like a good place to be.
