Cracking homes and lawsuits
There was an article in the azcentral online newspaper yesterday about over 1000 Sun City Grand owners filing lawsuits against Del Webb because their homes are cracking due to poor soil and improper building of foundations.
If I were going to buy in the area, I would take a lot of extra care and have soil tests done before plopping down an agreement to buy out there. Del Webb has similar problems in Anthem. azcentral.com | Phoenix Arizona News - Arizona Local News (broken link) altus2006
