Default Commute times to Sun City

I was wondering how long a commute from Arcadia north of Indian School Road in Phoenix to 103rd and Thuderbird Blvd in Sun City (Boswell Medical Center) would be? Typical 8AM to 5PM job.

Great thanks for that information. Is there normally a ton of traffic? What routes would you recommend?

Roughly 45 minute drive.
Go the Squaw Peak Fwy (51)north to the 101 Fwy then west to Thunderbird Rd and west to Boswell. Or get off at Bell Rd from the 101 and go west to 99th Ave down to Thunderbird then west to Boswell.
Be well aware of much highway construction going on, especially Thunderbird and the 101 area.
