Default Anyone every attacked by Javalina? I killed two tonight

So my dog decides he needs a middle of the night walk because I went to bed to early (18 hour day).. We walk about a mile from my house in N. Scottsdale and in front of a condo development about 5-8 Javalinas come out growling and running at us. I quickly pulled my Glock and dropped two at 15-20 feet.

There was a DUI arrest going on down the street with two Scottsdale officers, so one rushed to the gunfire and told me they were very dangerous. I gave the quick report, he checked my piece and we found the two shells, and bare handed put the two javalinas in his back seat.

Anyone else ever been attacked by these things? Honestly, if there wasn't a DUI issue taking place I would have dropped all of them...

Wait...you popped off two javelinas with a glock (presumably between the eyes, in the dark) and then the officer put the bodies in the back seat of his vehicle instead of calling animal control to pick them up?

I don't understand why you couldn't have cleaned up the lot of them with the AR-15 long before the officer showed up on site...or are you just trolling for attention?

Please, don't do this.
A few days ago I walked maybe 30 yards beside javelinas. Nothing happened and there was five or six. Only javelina don't like a dog and if you are a hero go out at night by yourself and start reading about desert. I got a few night shots of those animals and I telling you, it is harder to shot them with camera.
Coyote are visitors in my non fenced backyard on daily basis. Should I kill them? No. I moved in their land....
What would you do with a rattle snake? Just kill?

Sorry man, this is just not right!

Interesting. 5-8 Javalinas mean a pack or cubs are around. Were you out in the wild or was this one of the many giant patches of grass?

Good for you! A couple coyotes a few weeks ago and now javelinas! Bow down to the great white hunter, people. You are full of shxx! I hope people are sharp enough to see the utter bs in this post and your other one (where you gunned down coyotes attacking your Pekingese or something).

BTW, if you ever had been around a javelina you would know that they stink to high heaven. No cop would put a bloody, smelly, tick-infested javelina in his back seat. What a crock!
