Default RV parks in the Phoenix/Avondale area that ARE NOT 55+

I have been on the internet all morning looking and I have found nothing. My boyfriend is moving to Arizona to attend UTI and needs to find an extended stay RV park. He has a fifth wheel and needs 50 amp service. He will be staying for a minimum of 2 years. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

There is are two RV parks near Cotton Lane and I-10. One is called Destiny and the other Cotton Lane RV. Cotton Lane is 55+, I think. There's some rundown mobile home parks in Avondale.

I've only looked at the ones in the NW valley of Phoenix, so there may be other no age restricted RV parks in other areas of Phoenix. The only two I know of in the NW valley that are not 55+ and allow extended stays are:

Pleasant Harbor:
Pleasant Harbor

Pioneer RV Park:
Pioneer Rv Park Phoenix Arizona
