moving to Sun City West (Maricopa: house, live, delivery)

Before I move to Sun City West, I'd like to know if I can have an online business in my home (creating DVD life stories for memorial services).

It could involve (if anyone were interested locally) some people handing their photos and music to me, rather than mailing them.

I know there is a rule about how residential properties are not to be used to "conduct business", but I'm not sure what is meant by that. I suspect it means no business sign in front of the house and people coming and going on a regular basis. (As an example, I've been a piano teacher, and believe students arriving for their lessons would be how that rule would apply.)

If the online part of the business is acceptable, but not the local aspect of it due to the rules, maybe I could specify online a pick up and delivery option.

Does anyone know the technicalities of what constitutes "conducting business" in your residence at Sun City West?

Many residents have home based businesses in SC West. As long as it's confined to inside your house and licensed you would be OK. Cannot have traffic comming and going. No nuisance business.
