There are miles of houses in Maricopa for sale that are under 100k.
These are new builds, within 5 years. Most are under 2000 square feet, and have entry level appliances and hardware..
They are still a good deal..
You don't want to live in Maricopa, TRUST ME! It's not exactly the nicest town in the area, I wouldn't want to drive through it at night...

Thumbs up Wintering in Maricopa is Great

My wife and I bought a brand new home in Maricopa last spring. We live in Glennwilde. A safe, new and great community. Two pools, catch and release lake, football/baseball fields you name it. There are plenty of Canadians in some areas, but we are in the Centex area and are the only Canadians there at this time. Our American neighbors are absolutley fantastic. I wish we had neighbors like this up North. We have just returned home in BC ( arrived home tonight actually).

If you decide to buy in Maricopa, you won't regret it. It is not a retirement community (although I am retired), it is a vibrant community. Many folks are going through some pretty rough times right now and I wish them well. For a realtor, Contact a Maricopa Spesialist, Brian Petershiem (HomeSmart).
