Hi I am looking for a Condo to purchase near ASU (going to be a student in the fall), under 100k. Problem is that I also need to qualify for a FHA Loan (51%+ owner occupied) and this has already ruled out a few for me.

Does anyone have any opinions about Belaflora or Riverwalk?? They are on E. Vanburen, just east of the 202. Red Rox is also right there but has but doesn't qualify for an FHA loan.

If anyone has info on these condos or this area I would love to hear it!!

Thanks

I do have to say the area on Washington between Priest and Mill has some nice new development and has access to the light rail to downtown Tempe. Also to the west of Mill ave there are new condos there.

I lived at Red Rox for a couple of years when it was still an apartment complex. I believe it was called Red Rock Villas then. Anyway, the location was convenient, but the farther west you travel, the scarier it gets. There's easy access to the 202 and the 143. I don't have anything really negative to say about the area. I don't have much positive to say either. Sorry I don't have any specific information about the two condos you are looking into.
