Default East Valley "Luxury" Apartment Reviews

I'm shopping for an apartment in the east valley. Looking primarily in Chandler and Gilbert. Living in corporate housing in Scottsdale for the next month which is nice but too far from work.
Would anyone like to share their experiences with so called "Luxury" apartment communities in the east valley?

Maintenance

Insects
etc.

Well I have lived in AZ for almost a years already. You really need to take a look at the apartment bc luxury could mean anything out here. thats is they throw that lable to everything. Gilbert is nice for family types and chandler is nice too.

That's what I'm saying. I've looked at several but you can only glean so much information from a 30 minute tour. Want to know what they are really like from people who have lived in them. I'm thinking about dropping by some at night and seeing if I can get passed the gates to just walk arround and see what they're like after hours but could still use some first hand accounts.
