Default Marley Park

We just got back from Goodyear and checked out Marley Park in Surprise. It seems like a very nice community with some beautiful homes. We decided to buy in Goodyear as the homes we looked at in Marley Park were quite a distance from the community pool. This was important to us but may not be to you.
Trent.

Our family just bought a home in Marley Park. The community is awsome and green! There are always plenty of kids out playing. We chose this location because it seemed like a great place to raise children.

Joe, that is great! Congrats to you and your family! That's exactly what we are looking for "a great place to raise children." Did you buy a foreclosure/short sale? If so, how long did the total home buying process take? Just curious...

My g/f lives out there. One of the nicest track home communities I have ever been to! Not only are they very unique on the outside. But on the inside as well. They all have nice ally ways, with friendly neighbors. I do understand they have a problem with speeders within the community. Makes it kinda dangerous having family walks. But If I had to pick a community in all of the Phoenix area. I would pick Marley Park hands down

We purchased a spec home from Scott Homes. There are still specs available and you can get amazing deals on them.

From my understanding short sales can take a long time. That is why we stayed away from them and primarily looked at foreclosures. However, at the time we could not find any foreclosures in Marley Park that fit our family.

I am glad we found the spec home...we were able to get a great price and we were able to get the builder to tile the whole downstairs since the flooring was not done yet.
