I will be finding out the fees soon, however, that is a small price to pay for the freedom and convenience of living in such a building. Panoramic views, an 8th floor pool and spa center, private parking, concierge service, trash pick up, 24 hour security, etc. The schools are generally the same from downtown to North Central. Phoenix Union High School District with a variety of charters available downtown like the BioSciences High School, AZ School for the Arts, Kenilworth, etc. etc. I think it just all comes down to lifestyle and personal preference.
