We've lived in Goodyear for 8 years now and love it. Nice people, good shopping, great restaurants, and wonderful churches.

We live in Goodyear and really like it. Some of the growth has slowed with the economy which has left some projects unfinished.

Goodyear is a good area. Have lived here about 9 years. Things have slowed down with the economy as someone mentioned already, but I think it will pick up soon and resume growth. I think its an excellent time to buy property if you have the money.

We were in Goodyear last month looking at homes and fell in love with the area. Good shopping, easy access to the interstate, and close proximity to Westgate area were some of the things that sold it for us. We purchased a condo just south of the I10.
