Hi again all,
I have found a home located in the Cortina Heritage. Technically, it is considered Queen Creek (which I dislike) and it is Higley School distict. (Which no one seems to be a fan of) But, I am on a budget and this seems to be the best buy for my family. Any opions/suggestion you have for this area/school district? I am paying $73 per sq ft and it is a fulton home with tons of upgrades The only resevation I have is that's it's really close to the Rittenhouse train AND Williams Airport... Please help!!

Can't help with the schools, but not that many trains on the Rittenhouse line, and the airport is not too busy. Good luck with Your move. Welcome to Town !

I live not too far from there (right near Higley High School actually). I can't tell you anything about the schools.. don't have kids. But I really like it here. I see a train probably once every few days.. so if you are really close to the tracks I would be a little worried... if I see them that often then they probably go by way more than that. I never notice the airport.. just planes in the air (and you cant hear them). Hopefully things go well for you Good luck.
