Tartesso
I don't know very much about Trend other than I personally don't like the look of their homes. I just went out and looked at Canterra Homes at Tartesso. I love the area (a little far out) but that's what I like about it. It has that hometown feel. I was very impressed with the Canterra houses. The layouts were open and their community looked really nice because they only build single story homes. They also have a lot of different options you can choose to change the layout around. They have a casita option that would work well for me because my mother will be staying with us soon. I went and looked at their homes because a friend bought one. They are very happy with their new home and had nothing to say but good things about the people they worked with and the quality and value they got. We won't be ready to purchase for another few months, but the Canterra ones are by far my favorite and with the recommendation from my friend we will most likely buy from them.
