I am a mortgage broker (FHA approved lender) and a former tennis pro. I would like to know if kingman city has tennis courts (Clubs) and if the real estate market is picking up.

No and yes. No tennis clubs unfortunately. Please come here and start one. I can guarantee you at least two members (my wife and I).
There are public courts in town at the Parks and Recreation facility.
Yes, the real estate market seems to be picking back up again. We're seeing houses moving now.
