We have a Shea home and have been very happy with it. We like the floor plans and the exteriors of their homes. Customer service for our home was excellent.

I agree. I think it would be much better for owners to rate home builders after one year. We bought an Engle home, and love it. We had a few minor issues, but their customer service was great. We know quite a few people here who bought homes from many different builders. What is interesting is that some people say great things about their builder and others are not happy. So regardless of builder, there are positive and negative comments. This is true for TW Lewis, Engle, Shea, Ashton Woods, Cachet, Pulte, DR Horton, etc, etc, etc.
