Default Another Photo Radar Q
just got a "notice of citation" letter in the mail last night for supposedly running a red light...$248 fine. However, NO pictures were included with the notice!!!!!

It said that in a few days I will be receiving a "complaint and summons" letter in the mail; are the pictures included with this letter??

please advise...

OK, thanks for the info!
Dont' think i'm going to do anything about it though...we're moving tomorrow to the other side of town! Just another reason to not fill out a USPS forwarding address form. Eliminate a few cc offers; at least for awhile!

Last Saturday I was doing 55 with a pack of cars as I pass the photo radar a car to my left blows by doing at least 10 mph faster than me. The camera flashes. I look down and see 55 on my speedometer.Yesterday I received a letter with my photo saying I was doing 67 in a 55 zone.
