Is this part of litchfield a good place to live?
I have been looking for houses to rent near Luke AFB. I have heard mixed views about Litchfield Park some say its great while others say there is a lot of drug dealers in that area. I seen a house on N 127th Drive in Litchfield Park and really liked it, is that a good area to raise children?

Is that in the Wigwam creek subdivision or in Litchfield vista views? I work in Litchfield park and have a few friends that live in each of those areas. Wigwam creek is a nice area but has cookie cutter homes crammed very close together. Litchfield Vista Views is all custom homes on close to acre lots. My sister in law says that Litchfield has good school districts. These neighborhoods are about 1-2 miles from Luke Air Force base. I am betting the drug problems others have told you about were right by the base.
Another area you might look into is Palm Valley. This subdivision is in Goodyear but also very nice. A lot of newer homes and you would only be 3-4miles from the base. Hope that helps, Angie
