Default Good area for recent grads

I'm going to be moving to the Phoenix area after graduation. I've visited Phoenix many times, and I love it here. I'm looking to move predominately to the Scottsdale/Tempe area as it seems like it will be more my scene. So hopefully someone can help answer these questions that I have. I know Scottsdale/Tempe are general answers but I was hoping that it could be more specific, like what streets/areas to move in. Thanks in advance, this is the criteria I'm looking for:

I want to be around people my age group (single 22-30 year olds), so what would be some good apartment complexes for this, or general area?

I want to be around people my age, but I also don't want to be woken up at 3 AM because of people being hella loud on a Tuesday night.

I want to be close to restaurants/clubs/gyms

I'm a really friendly person, and I love meeting new people. So I'm looking forward to moving here for good, and starting my life here in the desert.
