This is my last bit of advice: you sound like you might want to look into the Scottsdale area, since money is no object and you want an "up there" area. You won't find that in Tolleson. However, most of Scottsdale will be more than $1800/month, but you might be able to find something.

I truly do appreciate all the advice that you all are giving! I would like to say thanks to everyone who did make a post and give advice about good places to live in that area. I most certainly appreciate that Sablebaby actually took time from your day to go and visit Vistancia and give an update on the area. I was looking at Fletcher Homes, but had a hard time actually finding rentals in that area. I'm not sure what streets they're on and stuff. Does anyone know a website I could go to to look for homes in that area? Scottsdale is something that we are looking into also.
