Anyways, both PHX and CHI have potential to go far next year, alot of young talent. We just need Bryzgalov from PHX for Khabibulin and we can call it a deal. Anyways, have fun choking in the first round. Again. And BTW, you wont "have" the Wangs once you move to PHX. Youll be stuck watching them at the lame Jobring Arena, wishing you were back at the Joe, deep in "Hockeytown", surrounded by nothing but Wang fans. ![]() |

In the 90's, 300 level or not, all I had was Wangs fans around me at United Center. But, I hear I would have wanted to avoid Chicago Stadium.
The Coyotes are a decent team this year, but they don't draw well except when the Wings are here. They just need a few successful seasons behind them. Here, lots of mullet-heads DON'T like hockey. ![]() |

Ok, there are definitely some strong feelings here! For the record, compared to other cities its size Phoenix does not have many of the same attractions. However, that's what makes it Phoenix, it's different. I would agree that the normal mesh of culture you would expect in a city of this is not here, yet, but that will come. What Phoenix does have is an outdoor enthusiasts haven. You are never more than 10 minutes from great biking or hiking trails and are just about guaranteed sunshine every day! That alone is a huge plus. The weather is pretty consistent, and while it does get hot, it is bearable if you're willing to make the necessary adjustments. Phoenix, to me, is an up and coming city that will continue to grow largely because of the weather and opportunity.

Ive lived out there and cant say I 'hate' it, but its just not home. Way too many people. Im a small town girl and no matter whether it was L.A., Chicago, Settle, they are okay to visit but I wouldnt live there either. I hate crowds and large populations.
