Does anyone know much about this development. Nice size lots and homes but I think way over priced for the location.

I've been through the models a few times. They're very nice and the community is beautiful. But you're right - the homes are a bit pricey considering how far they are from PHX. The homes are selling quickly, though, so there's obviously a demand.

I live in here. I bought a lot and built the house myself, sold it , and did it again. Moved right down the street...love it out here.
Blanford is now building homes in here also.
You almost forget you are in Phx. due to all the trees.

But you're looking at Paradise Valley Prices without Paradise Valley location.

To be honest, I've never even went thru the models. I build custom homes for a living, so if the models keep raising their prices, it helps me out.
I'm pretty sure PV price per sq ft is a lot higher though.
