I'm looking for a house. I will be working at Boswell hospital. Sonoran foothills it pushing the drive but I will be working nights so traffic shouldn't be an issue. Rent will depend on size of home and if there is a fenced pool. I want to stay below $1500 though .

We had to pay $0 for a security deposit, and although we won't be moving in until July 1, we don't have to pay any June rent. We also have no cleaning deposit. The house is newish (2007) and we are happy with it.

I feel that landlords are looking for clean tenants that aren't sketchy and won't trash the place. If you have those things going for you it shouldn't be difficult.
WOW , how did you go about doing that ?? That's exactly what we want to do. Please share. Thanks

Update. I got a house with a three month lease. I offered $100 more a month. After three months I it drops to $50 over original and then the listed rental.
