Exclamation Wet N Wild

You could take them to the Wet N Wild waterpark on Pinnacle Peak Road. Supposedly, they have some really cool and unique water park rides...

Flagstaff. Chairlift at Snowbowl. Great rates at all Phoenix area hotels. Same with golf if you want and can take the heat. Look for great water activities (Pointe @ South Mountain) Tubing on the Salt River.

Default Sedona . . .

I highly recommend going to Sedona, renting some bicycles (or bringing your own) and letting the kids have a blast riding on the trails. It will burn-off alot of teenage energy as well. This is one of the most popular trails for bike-riding, The Bell Rock Pathway. They are gently graded trails free of rocks that all the family can enjoy either walking or by bike, and give you a closeup view of some of Sedona's most impressive sights. Plus, you are very close to plenty of cheap eats in this area.

I second the idea of Tubing the Salt River.

I also can echo the sentiment about Sedona. Two years ago we took the Pink JEep Tour. We did it aso that it ended at sunset. Alsoas far as eats...lunch at the Cowboy Club and breakfast at The Coffee Pot. This was the best breakfast I have ever had!
