Actually, everything had turned out very well. It took alot of research and phone calls, but we have great people taking care of our pool and yard. We went to see the house in August and are very happy with it. We absolutely love the back yard and the pool. It was very hot(48 celsius in the shade) and we pratically lived outside. We are currently having a heater installed so we can continue to enjoy the pool in the winter.

So glad to hear that as it lets us know that there are people out there that we can trust to do the job we've hired them for. You have eased my worry somewhat as I really would not want to leave my home totally empty. Renting was an option but we don't want the hastle that comes with it and how would we truly know our house was being cared for the way we would care for it.... We are hoping to make a purchase in Johnson Ranch as we really liked the area. I found everything in Queen Creek would suit our needs. My only concern with the area is the fact that there are snakes on or near the golf course. Don't know if this is true for sure but its what I read somewhere.. I'm totally afraid of them. I don't want them to be anywhere near my home, I know that forsure. I know to stay away from the mountains and the trails and I may never run into one. Our realtor thought I was funny asking him about them. Anyway so glad its worked out for you. I'll keep in touch and maybe one day we'll be neighbours....:>)
