I think most shrinks would label that an obsessive/compulsive behavior disorder... similar to stalkers who can't "let go."

The fact is he's not a NY Times best seller. He peddles "sales expertise" but it's aimed at the get rich quick/MLM crowd - the very 30K millionaires he blasts in his blogs. I've been all over and there are just as many sleazy plastic types he claims to dislike in Newport, LA, Vegas, New York, Miami, etc. as there are in AZ. In fact, I'd rather talk to a clueless bonehead trying to look cool than this kind of bonehead.

That's the ultimate irony... he's the exact person he claims to hate. He's better than Phoenix/Scottsdale but for a limited time only you can buy his marketing books or make money selling weight loss programs. Classic!
Wonder how his "writing" is working out for him?

OC dips must love him as he can't pay his way in that pool. Bwahahaha!

NY Times best seller. Bwahahahaaaaaaaa!

Awe...how are the brilliant books doing? What were they called, Mr. NYT's fabu writer?

Must be sad to be you.

How much are you making off the website? Bwahahahahahaaaaaaaaaaaa!

Up in Las Vegas you must be selling your shoes on Ebay. Just my guess.

Scottsdale is a great place to live, especially downtown Scottsdale. Don't believe all the nonsense about "snobs" and what not. Yeah there are going to be a higher percentage of snobby people that live in upscale areas, but there are plenty of friendly and down to Earth people as well. Scottsdale is just a really relaxing and laid back place, with lots of nice restaurants and fun stuff.

I've lived in Scottsdale since age 12, 34 years ago, and you gotta admit there are specific areas/regions of Scottsdale that are utterly phony, pretentious, and shallow...simply inappropriate stuff....yes, the town is all pretty and nice and neat and clean and birds are singing, but people make the town....fortunately, the vast majority of the residents are good, regular, decent people, but there is an image some feel the need to maintain.....

I chalk it up to an insecurity they feel about themselves and the need to compensate for it...boobs too small, penis too small, etc....hey, I'll drive an Escalade, buy $1500 bed sheets, and eat $3.25 cupcakes and that'll make me feel better about myself.....the real secure multi-millionaire has no need for that silly stuff....you won't even be able to pick him or her out - and they're certainly out there.....

rant over....for now!

That guy was on city-data for a while before he got banned for consistently spamming the site with anti-Scottsdale material repeatedly. I messaged him numerous times about the flaws in his statements but he kept coming back with the same blanket statements that Scottsdale is terrible etc etc etc. You couldn't reason with him, it's hard to believe someone can cover a city of 250K with blanket statements that maybe apply to 1% of the entire population! He certainly has some sort of psychological disorder that prevents him from moving forward with his life and instead must consistently bash a city he no longer resides in!

But Scottsdale is a wonderful place to live, trust me I'm young (28) and I enjoy living here very much. You will find some snobby people but you pick your own friends so just use your best judgement!
