Network admin is where it is at. You typically don't make really good money till after your 5th year, but it is well worth it.
I would not completely rely on microsoft networking as linux/unix is taking over. One of the 20 school districts in Arizona is switching their servers over to linux.

For sure. The best way to look would look at job places like cybercoders, hotjobs, careerbuilder and check out the job descriptions.
Then based on those job description's take the classes needed and if there are anything that interests you take something additional. That is what im doing with my AAS degree. Adding two certificates that are not required, but would give me a hand up for future positions.

Take jobs that suck. I applied at a place and got hired the next day. You cant be picky in a crappy economy. Less money is better than no money.

Why is he having so much trouble? I have a cousin that graduated from the Culinary Institute of America about 10 years ago, and he makes six figures as a wine taster in Dallas.

That's New York, I'm speaking only of Arizona. I have no idea what is going on there with new laws, etc. In Arizona, and in my line of work, I'm seeing more and more undocumented people going to other states or going home.

Just curious but what is your line of work? I'm not asking that to argue with you, I believe you but that is encouraging news that our illegals are leaving to go back home. I suppose our laws are working to some degree.

I work for the state, in a position that over the last fifteen years has included a number of matters involving undocumented workers. I'm going by what they or their lawyers have reported regarding having to leave the state.

We are always taking application. We are a grant school. We have several individual planning to retire. We are on the Navajo Reservation. We are 1.5 hours from Winslow, Arizona and 1.5 from Gallup New Mexico. We have a Bashsa Supermarket, laundry, Subway, Pizza shop, and chicken shop in our neighborhood.
We have several roadways into our school. From Winslow you will take I-40 to the Second Mesa off ramp turn left drive 61 miles to 264 turn right go through the town of Palocca for about 2 miles you will see a sign off on your right that says Low Mountain/Pinon turn left. Drive the dirt road for 13.5 miles you will hit payment at the end of the roadway. Take the first right turn and follow the road for 5 miles you will come to Jeeh Deez'a Academy.
Look forward to hearing from teachers who like living and working in a very beautiful, majestic environment. Watch out for the livestock please.
Native Americans are encouraged to apply.
