Room for Rent 10 mins from ASU.
LOCATION: The house is located on the NW corner of Baseline and McClintock.
RENT: $550 per Month all utilities included.
ROOM: The room is fully furnished with a Queen Size bed, small dresser, and closet space. You would have to share a bathroom. You have shared access to Cable Internet, in house washer and dryer, Cable TV, and a community pool nearby.
Availability: The room will be available NOW!!
PET: Have a Cat.
No smoking in the house.
No Non US requests.
Must have a Valid US phone number.

To the OP: I think your post qualifies as an ad and you might want to move it to the free classified pages on this forum or a moderator might remove it...you might also get more responses from people looking for your information on those threads...just a thought.

Yes, I do pay $100 less for a room in Vegas. I posted this because this is spam and should not even be here, let alone bumped up.  $550 for a room is Tempe is a total rip off anyways, $400 tops is more like it. |

I don't know, $550 is extremely cheap. I know Las Vegas is a dump so I guess I am not too surprised that you pay $400 a month. Despite the economy, it seems like certain areas, including downtown and Tempe, aren't getting any cheaper to live or rent in as evidenced by these areas experiencing the lowest drops in value and an actual small increase. |

$550 a month for a room is cheap???  Why don't you go back to school and take a class in basic math before posting nonsense.  I said I pay $100 less which is $450, not $400. I also never said Las Vegas was a dump either, so please do not put words in my mouth. |

$450, $400, who cares, still way too cheap for Tempe as it is a much nicer and better looking city then Dump Vegas. $550 for a room in Tempe, which by the way, happens to be one of the most densely populated cities on the West Coast is probably average...deal with it, oh wait, you aren't paying for it so why do you care? hmmmmm  |
