Can't help you with the bad drivers. I just read one of Neil Peart's travel essay books and after ranting for 3 full pages about how bad Florida drivers are, he said the only other place with equally bad drivers is "Arizona, particularly the Phoenix area." In fact, I didn't even realize how bad Arizona drivers are until I moved away!!

Yes, indeed. Drivers in Phoenix are awful. We witnessed 2 road rage incidents, both right in front of us, that scared the bejeezes out of us. Drivers don't give a rat's about speed. The put speed cameras up on Loop 101 in Scottsdale, and people actually went on camera on the news and complained out it. They openly admitted they break the law. People like to speed around here, its so obvious. The sad thing is, is that no matter how much law enforcement you put out there, how many cameras you put up, how many speed vans you park, it will never be enough to catch 'em. People know it, so they speed.

Come on now Puerto Ricans are not so bad I know many, my family is from New York and have been exposed to many all of their life. People are people and untill you start looking at them as individuals instead of ethinc groups you will never be happy living in a large city, trust me!
