Thumbs up NORTH - SOUTH - EAST or WEST

What end or side of town would be better then the others to move to ?
Any feed back would help.

It is really hard to say. Are specifically speaking on Phoenix or the whole valley? Anything far west or far east is mostly new developement if that is what you are looking for. Nort phoenix can be pricey. South, me personally I'd stay away from. If you could be more specific i can answer your question better.

You want to go to the South east Valley. Gilbert or Chandler some parts of Se mesa.

Depending upon whether you want to stay in Phoenix proper or not:

1. Northeast valley (Scottsdale, north Phoenix, and Carefree/Cave Creek) will give you some of the highest property values, but are also most expensive areas in town to live. Most scenic as well.
2. Other parts of Phoenix (old Arcadia areas, central Phoenix in Madison school district) are also very good. Older homes, more grass and palm trees.
3. As far as other suburbs, Gilbert/Chandler and also Surprise are nice in my opinion, but not as affordable as they used to be. Keep in mind that all of these areas are built on old farms, so there is less scenery than in other parts of the valley and it's much flatter.

Jethro is on a distinguished road
I live in the West Valley and it is a good spot.
Litchfield Park is new & clean and I only have a 20 minute commute to work Downtown.

Property values are high & I expect them to continue to increase due to the construction of the new sports complex.
