Great suggestion, AKBoy.

Here's a great place for home brewing located right here in Tucson . . .

Brew Your Own Brew provides homebrew equipment, beer brewing supplies, winemaking equipment, and supplies such as: beer, wine, bottles, corks, wine kits, beer kits, malt, hops, yeast, barley, and kegging equipment

The have a wide assortment of "brew mixes" . . . just add water kinda like cake mixes.

Well then.

I'll kill myself with my own homemade brew.

LOL.

Thanks for the links, folks.

I'm gonna check into that.

And when I do, I'll check back with ya for tips on home brewing.

Peace....

The only place in Phoenix is in Glendale. 6363 W. Bell Rd. "What Ale's Ya." You can also learn alot from a forum i go to. HomeBrewTalk.com - Beer, Wine, Mead, & Cider Brewing Discussion Community.

I have learned a lot on there. Let me know if you have any questions. There are a couple good supply stores out of state that have good recipe kits. Everything is included. See Ya.

I've always liked sampling the fare at the microbreweries, but either my wife or me gets to imbibe the iced tea, as we don't drink and drive.

Sometimes, when I REALLY have been good, we cruise out to Rock Bottom Brewery in Glendale. The last time that we were there, one of the brew masters gave us a tour of the joint.

He went over everything, you can tell that fella was excited about his work. Cool set up they got there......

...and nice folks too.

Their food is good too, albeit a 'lil pricey for the content. But, who cares?

We're there for the beer.
