Can you give me some insight on what the job market is looking like right now for the Phoenix area? I am a seasoned "Executive Assistant" Would like to know if it as just as bad as Charlotte, NC. Would you say that it is "turning the corner"... Thoughts?

The main problem with Phoenix's employment statistics is that, like Las Vegas, much of the employment was in the Construction sector. That sector of the economy will never be what it was and is a drag on the overall figures.
