Do you think the Southwest part of Peoria is ok or mostly the Northwest to live in? Also, do you think there are decent older homes - that are not dumps, no higher than $215-220 list pricein Peoria and that are not tract/new homes? I'm 53 so I don't qualify for the 55 or older.
I'm actually looking forward to getting older so I can qualify - ha ha.

See if you can find something in the Marlbough subdivision. It's located in Glendale between 51st ave and 59th off of Cactus across the street from Marshall Ranch. That's Glendale older homes built in the 80's for the most part well kept.

Marlborough(you'll like this one)
Greenbrier

Maybe you could even get something further up in Foxfire.
