Default Westbrook Village - Peoria - Is That A Good Place?

What do you think of Westbrook Village to live? Are the homes reasonably priced there - say not more than $220 or so? It's in Peoria I think.

When I pm'd you back we could have continued our conversation and I could have answered more of your questions. As I said before I lived right next to there and know about that community. It's age restricted, with some of the area being 40+ and others 55+. Look on Realtor.com and put in the city of peoria, and the zip of 85382 and they will pop up. Contact a local realtor to answer some of your questions. They seem to start $164k for patio homes.

I really wish you would continue with the discussions you start, as you can gain more info as a conversation goes along.
