Default Cheap Washers and Dryers?

can anyone recommend a place to find a cheap washer and dryer? i am purchasing it for a vacation and home and it would literally be used 10-20 x a yr so it's not essential for it to be top of the line. any advice you can offer is greatly appreciated. thanks.
