ROFL! Reminds me of when in Back to the Future, Biff says, "I spilled beer all over when that car smashed into me. Who's gonna pay my cleaning bill?"

As others have stated, there really are many "distractions" which can factor into getting into accidents. What about the person who had a bad fight with their spouse (or other family member) before getting behind the wheel? Others: had a horrible day at work, not enough sleep, other mental states, etc.
