Help! How do I contact Hayden Square condos at Mill and Fifth?
I am in Reno, NV and will be moving to Tempe soon. I need to lease a condo and have my heart set on Hayden Square on Mill Street. However, I hear they rarely advertise openings -- they just list them on their own private marquette and they go quickly. I would like to call the offices and see if they would be willing to put up an "apt wanted" ad somewhere where owners might see it, but I cannot find a website for them and cannot find them listed in the yellow pages or anywhere. I posted a question earlier on this site and people were so helpful. I am hoping someone might be able to help me with this. Thanks so much for your time and effort! --Lynda

Is this what you are looking for?
I think this is the link you are looking for. It should have information on what you need and a phone number as well.

Um yeah I did an amazing Google search and found that exact same link. Good luck renting since it is a condo developement and not an apartment complex although someone might have a condo for rent.
Note: sorry for the sarcassm. I just feel feisty today.

Still need help...
Unfortunately that site only lists the contact information for the realtor that is selling that particular condo. The Hayden Square Condo Association itself has an office and phone number somewhere, but I can't find it listed anywhere. Has the complex been renamed perhaps?

I would call to ask - even if they are selling condos, I'm sure they will refer you to the rental information.

You are missing the point. The complex is not a rental complex. It is a complex of privately owned condos which has obviously sold out. The reason the sales office is not really reachable is because they no longer have units for sale and it is most likely maintained by a property management company. You cant rent those units unless you find an owner who is using his/her privately owned condo as a rental unit.

Either call that realtor that has a listing, or contact any realtor to look up rentals in that complex. I walked through there once while walking around Tempe, it looks pretty cool.

I'm a realtor-there aren't any rentals listed in the MLS right now. There is one active for sale and one that is active with a contingancy on it. The HOA # is 480-844-2224. They may be onsite and able to let you know of any individual rentals in the complex. Best of luck with your move!

Thank you!
Thanks for the information from the realtor. I am flying in soon to see the unit that is left for sale. Does "contingency" mean that a contract has been signed, but it depends on closing yet?

Usually that is what contingency means and they want to keep it active so to accept back up offers in case the buyer backs out.
