Default Scottsdale redevelopment comes with a lofty price

Residents are forced to move out of the last remaining affordable apartment complex - Orchidtree: I know people who recently moved in unaware - signed a lease and found out they have to move in July. Out with the old Scottsdale - in with the new and only the rich can afford.
