I don't think that the address thing is a necessary indicator but if you're looking at a map, the homes east of Dysart are the new neighborhoods, but the area between Dysart and Litchfield Road, near the Wigwam Resort, is old Litchfield Park. Apparently within Old LP there are also certain primo areas, but I have no idea what they are (learned this from a friend earlier this year). Figure if the home was built in 2000 and later it's probably new LP and not old LP.

And between Camelback and Indian School. Pretty much, everything north of Old Indian School Rd. (the Indian School that runs thru LP in front of the elementary school) is more "primo" than south of Old Indian School.

Default Litchfield park

I am also moving to that area this summer once the kids are out of school. I hear the schools are really good and the neighborhoods are nice.
