Most homes in Arrowhead Ranch will be $250k+
It'd probably be better to rent first, just to see if you like the area. Plus, you never know what will happen to housing costs. You'd be kicking yourself if you bought a house at one price, and it plunged a good amount. |

Not IN Arrowhead Ranch - No way! One to two miles outside of Arrowhead Ranch yes. I found a bunch of small homes in the various subdivisions in AR that were $250- 275k. Most homes are $350k +.
For $200k you can buy a home from the 80's in a MUCH less desirable neighborhood a couple of miles outside of Arrowhead. |

There are plenty of homes in and around Glendale / Arrowhead that you can afford. Just look in zip code 85308. You will need to spend around 250K (or a little more) to get something decent.
