hey all.....I have a 1230 sq. ft frame-construction two-story townhouse built in 1984....had a full termite treatment done in 1992 with annual inspections and annual warranty fees every year since....the company now says they won't warranty it anymore and want me to do a "booster" treatment ($380) and start $99 annual warranty fees....

I certainly realize 1992 was a while ago and that a booster treatment may be needed...my annual warranty had been about $65 until now......

just wondering if most others here with frame-construction pay annual warranties and if you see any kind of racket going on here??....the company is well-respected.....any other comments about this?

thanks for your replies
